(1)先將蓄電(dian)池充滿電(dian)。
(2)電解(jie)液比(bi)重調整到1.215~1.2200
(3) 電解液(ye)的(de)溫度應不低于(yu)10℃,不高于(yu)30℃。
(4) 測量每槽(cao)電壓、比重、溫度、蓄電池組總電壓和室內(nei)溫度等。
(5) 投入放(fang)電電阻開(kai)關,監(jian)視并調整放(fang)電電流(liu)值(zhi)。
(6) 此后每(mei)(mei)隔(ge)一小時,檢查并測M一次每(mei)(mei)一蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的電(dian)(dian)壓、比重,溫度、全蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組的總電(dian)(dian)壓、放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流等。
蓄電(dian)池測(ce)試儀放(fang)電(dian)試驗中對放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)壓的(de)監視
為防(fang)止蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)過(guo)(guo)度(du)(du)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),在(zai)(zai)進行放(fang)電(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,必須特別注(zhu)意監視蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)極限電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。因此,在(zai)(zai)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)(guo)程中,應不(bu)(bu)斷地(di)巡回測(ce)量每一蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)瑞電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),不(bu)(bu)許低于其極限值。如(ru)果僅測(ce)員每一蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),花費時間較長,并且在(zai)(zai)接近(jin)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)末期時,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)又下降很快,容(rong)易造成(cheng)過(guo)(guo)度(du)(du)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。所以在(zai)(zai)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,除(chu)了測(ce)量單只電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以外,還應同時監視蓄電(dian)(dian)池組的(de)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)過(guo)(guo)度(du)(du)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。
為監視蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)的(de)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),應(ying)首先根據(ju)每一蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi),計算出(chu)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)限總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),然后將計算出(chu)的(de)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi),標示在放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上。也就是說,如果蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)為55槽(cao)數,則(ze)總(zong)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為1.8*55=99伏。所以,要在放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表的(de)刻(ke)度"伏處,劃一條紅線(xian)。當總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)到接近紅線(xian)時,說明每一蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)已(yi)降(jiang)(jiang)到極(ji)(ji)限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(zhi),或(huo)者是個別蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)已(yi)低于極(ji)(ji)限值(zhi)(zhi),應(ying)立(li)即停止放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組在放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中(zhong),當多數單電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)還未達(da)到極限值,而個(ge)別蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)已低(di)于極限值時(shi),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)應立即停止。否(fou)則將對那些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)早(zao)低(di)于極限值的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池造(zao)成嚴重損害。因此,在放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),必(bi)(bi)須監視總電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),同時(shi)也要測(ce)量(liang)每一蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),兩(liang)者(zhe)必(bi)(bi)須密切配合。
