三倍頻感應耐壓發生(sheng)器正確操(cao)作方法及日常維護(hu)?
1. 帶調壓(ya)器(3kVA~10kVA)
1) 按接線圖連(lian)接、再根據被試品來調(diao)整(zheng)過流保(bao)護電流值。
2) 使調壓器在低位(wei)(wei)置,合電源開關,零位(wei)(wei)指示燈亮,檢查是(shi)否缺相,啟 動試驗臺(tai)。
3) 調節調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)使三倍頻輸(shu)出的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)達到(dao)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),用示波(bo)器(qi)(qi)測(ce)量輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)形、頻率及輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi),使之(zhi)達到(dao)試品的試驗(yan)(yan)要求。
4) 試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,調(diao)節調(diao)壓器(qi)使(shi)三倍頻(pin)輸出電(dian)壓為(wei)零(ling),零(ling)位(wei)指示(shi)燈亮,再分閘。
5) 切斷電源,試驗結束。
2. 不帶調壓器(10kVA~1000kVA)
1) 按接線圖連線,再根據被試品來調(diao)整過流保護電(dian)流值(zhi)。
2) 使電感在高位,開(kai)電源開(kai)關,檢(jian)查是否缺相,啟動試(shi)驗臺。
3) 調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)器手柄時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表升壓(ya),當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時即產生諧振,達到試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi),測量(liang)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波形、頻率及(ji)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)直(zhi)到達到被試品的試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源要求。
4) 試驗完畢,調節電(dian)感手柄使達到高位置。
5) 切斷(duan)電(dian)源開關,試(shi)驗結束(shu)。
